Stay off your toes on the way up and your stance might be a bit too wide here. Bring it in a bit. Otherwise this looks pretty good.

The stance is narrower now, but my heels are still coming out of the floor sometimes, should i then think "heeels" before going up?
Yes, trying to think of your heels is often a useful cue for those getting on their toes.
