    Felt a little out the groove today, so went in a little low.

    1x220kg RPE 7-8
    6x3 180kg

    Bench

    1x140kg rpe 7-8
    6x3 115kg

    Beltless deadlift double overhand

    3's up to 3x180kg RPE 6-7 hard to tell, Since grip would be the only issue

    3ct bench

    3's up to 3x120kg RPE 7

    5x5 pull ups

    2 min plank

    Trained with my 16 year old nephew today. He squatted 3x5 138kg and deadlifted 1x5 168kg

    They make'em strong nowadays...

    Deadlift

    1x280.5kg RPE 8.5
    6x3 230.5

    Close grip bench 5 cm between wrists

    3s up to 100kg @ 6-7

    Squat beltless

    3s up to 170kg @ 7

    Rows

    4x8 70kg I ran out of time here...

    Rows

    4x8 100kg

    Double overhand deadlift, no belt or magnesium.

    3x185kg RPE 7 - certainly some odd PR on the Leoko bar - grip has gotten pretty good. Especially considering the double overhand rows, I had just done. I believe my best single like this is 210kgs with magnesium.

    Close grip bench 5cm grip width paused

    Press beltless

    5x5 pull ups in 5 minutes.

    Deadlift double overhand - no belt.

    3x190kg PR, but I must admit, last one started straining the grip too much for this to be a planned RPE 7.

    These continue to be surprisingly easy, to the point where, I forgot to do a valsalva on one. Go figure.

    Finally felt pain free during Benching
