Beltless deadlift double overhand
3's up to 3x180kg RPE 6-7 hard to tell, Since grip would be the only issue

Trained with my 16 year old nephew today. He squatted 3x5 138kg and deadlifted 1x5 168kg
They make'em strong nowadays...
Deadlift

Close grip bench 5 cm between wrists
3s up to 100kg @ 6-7
Squat beltless
3s up to 170kg @ 7

Double overhand deadlift, no belt or magnesium.
3x185kg RPE 7 - certainly some odd PR on the Leoko bar - grip has gotten pretty good. Especially considering the double overhand rows, I had just done. I believe my best single like this is 210kgs with magnesium.

3x190kg PR, but I must admit, last one started straining the grip too much for this to be a planned RPE 7.
