    This is just going through the roof.

    Was running out of time after this

    Press beltless

    70kg 4x8

    Squat beltless

    3x170kg

    5x5 pull ups and some planks.

    My pulls feel very strong.

    Deadlift no belt, no magnesium, double overhand Leoko bar.

    Deadlift 1x291kg got a little too rounded off the floor, but pretty easy. 300 can't be far. New PR
