    Nice. How long does this typically take you? Just curious. I spend at least an hour now doing my 5x3 squats from warmup to end.

    Maybe 20 minutes if it's a lone single. 45-80 minutes otherwise. Some days it takes longer to warmup. I start to drag ass pretty hard if the workout runs longer than 1.5 hours.

    stuff: fit test today at work. all these singles didn't help for that. 13 minutes of hell and hard on the knees. workout was good, should of eaten between lunch and then.

    stuff:short on time. Narrowed stance a bit and hips feel a bit more stable, less forward movement in the hole.

    I tried this as well seemed to get a little more power coming up out of the hole. Need more experimenting with slightly narrower stance.

    Maybe something to do with the adductors being over worked when wide? Either way, feels better.

    Squat 475*2 rep pr
    Sumodl 455,475,505*1 pr
    pullups +25 5*5
    stuff: squat was for warmup for dl. Wasn't planning on 2 but felt great so rolled with it. Need to bring more squat intensity and less psychout over to deadlifts. Definitely more in the tank for another day.
    other stuff: frog splits for hips night before
