He Carson. Just wondering if you worked with Sully at all.
For some reason, I recall you mentioning that you did. And if that's the case, I may have met you at the pulling camp in Lansing last November.
If not, please ignore my silly post!
I was Sully's first official client over four years ago. I work with him twice per week almost every week. I help Chris and Sully at Farmington but have not gone to the events at Lansing. Someday, I may do that. You may have met Frank who sometimes goes up there. He is in training to be a coach. I'm 70. I've decided that I probably don't have enough time yet to go into coaching. Come on down to Farmington sometime. I am usually there.
Yes. Now I remember. It was Frank that was at the pulling camp! I'm looking forward to doing a squat camp when Chris and/or Sully hold one next. I'm in the Flint area and either location is about an hour away. Maybe I'll get a chance to meet you at the next camp!
The differences between Frank and I are about 15 years and while I aspire to pulling 405 he has done it.
You're an inspiration, Carson. Hitting PR's at 70. Love it. You're a great teacher on these forums. Would be really cool to see "Starting Strength Coach" in your title too. You're strong. Still have lots of time to get into coaching!

Good day but no PRs. Because of Sully's March to the Sea next week there are no lifts scheduled. It will be our way way back off week. Then onto chasing singles the following week.
