I went to the Powerhouse gym which has a nice barbell area. I did not have my proper shoes or belt so I kept it light.
Sadly they did not allow chalk. I really learned the disadvantage of not wearing proper shoes. I felt very unstable on these running shoes I wore.

Thanks, gentlemen. I think I'm finally over the long illnesses and am about where I was at the first of November. Now the big push to the Fall Classic. We have three of us going so far. I hope we find out when and where it is in the midwest. It will be fun having a team going.
