I'm very interested to see how this works for you.
I've had more disruptions this past year than any other year of my life. If it wasn't some health problems that slowed me down from November until April it was the long 50th anniversary trip we took. Still I think I'm back on track to do a little better than last year at the Fall Classic. We will see.

No, I find the hook grip a bit painful. I've tried it and will probably try it again. What I meant was I didn't use reverse grip. My grip is stronger than I had realized. However, I'm not sure I could lift much more weight than I did with it this time. I had never lifted over 245 with that before. I can lift 340 by reversing my left hand I hope to do more by the Fall Classic.
