Squat: 235x5x2 (light)
Bench: 205x5x1, 185x5x2
Deadlift: 275x5x1
Literally 100deg today. Bench felt okay, it had been a while since I had done these at home. Everything else went fine.

Squat: 300x3x3
Press: 132.5x5x1, 120x5x2
Squats felt alright. I think going for 5 would have resulted in either form breakdown or failure, or both. 3's felt more manageable with around 7min rest. I hope to at least get to 315. Press felt alright, I sped it up because I had to go back to work, so I did back-offs. Gym was so crowded, I had to wait for a rack. Damn bros.

These went pretty alright! I did feel a bit more tired than usual and didn't think I would have good energy, but despite that these felt pretty good! I'll have to do bench tomorrow because I had to rush back for a work meeting. :-/

Press: 135x3x3
Totally wussed out today, it got in my head. 2nd rep of last set went really slow, and I racked it. I'm not going to sweat it too badly and will try 310 again on Friday. I prob could've done 135 for 5, but 137.5 lb would have surely been for 3x3, so I'll leave it at that for next time.

Did this in the comfort of my 90deg garage at 11pm. As I thought, it was a little grindy, but not too bad! I figure 315 will be a grind. I prob see myself not getting past two more workouts before calling it done, but I really want to get 315 because 3 plates! Bench went alright. I'm at the point where I'm back in PR land, but it is also the place where little things are beginning to nag more, not too bad, but still. A little biceps tendonitis in my elbow, a little nagging thing in my shoulder, a little nagging thing on my knee...Surprisingly, my hip flexor pain hasn't popped up, but who knows, it may make an special guest appearance one of these times. I videoed my squats and my knee slide seems to be under control and don't feel like i'm getting forward on the midfoot as much. Onward.

It went alright, but I've developed this radiating pain in my upper left arm. Squatting makes it worse, it has happened once before where a massage fixed it. I'm going to have to schedule something stat, because it is becoming a big distraction. I didn't even deadlift because I was in pain. I'll prob do my deads tomorrow or Wednesday and try to get the arm worked on tomorrow if I can get an appointment.

How time flies. Work bogged me down last week and I've had to do some car repairs the last couple of days so I was glad to get back at it. Everything felt fine, even my arm which really bothered me last week. I have a massage scheduled for next Tuesday.
