Deadlift: 135x5x1, 165x3x1, 195x2x1, 225x1x1, 245x5x1
Squats felt fine, press felt a little tougher than I thought and I may have to rethink my increments to get back to where I was. Deadlifts went fine. Felt it a little on my finger, but the work set with the strap felt fine.

I had to split this mid-week session due to time constraints. Squats felt good, but my triceps felt like they were about to cramp up during bench. Was still able to make it thru. Chins felt meh.

Deadlift: 135x5x1, 165x3x1, 195x2x1, 225x1x1, 250x5x1
Squats felt good. Press felt okay and I feel okay making small jumps at this point; it's just gonna take a little longer to get back where I was. Deadlifts felt fine with a strapped right hand; I should make a ten pound jump next time. It was more like bikram deadlifts in my garage with hundred degree weather in socal all week! I was drenched.

Took a light day of squats because I waited too long since my last workout. Bench felt okay.

Waited too long between workouts again so I backed off once more. Enough F'ing around, time to get back on track. Finger didn't hurt too bad on the deadlifts, didn't need the strap.
