    Went for 2 sets of 3 partly for the extra volume, and partly because I kind of wuss out on the last 2 reps of a set of 5.
    I need to take these outside in the garage rather than the living room, where fear of dropping it through my floor is not an issue.

    I'm slightly surprised that volume day of 290x5, 260x5x2 netted me enough work to hit 295x5 today. I guess gaining belly fat, and drinking loads of whole milk and protein powder is helping.
    I was almost going to do 292 or 293.
    I'll do 300 next week, whether it's for 1x5 or 2x3.
    My PR is 302.5 x 4.

    295x5 is moving a little slow. I'm on the front lines of gains. Even the last 265x5 slowed slightly on the last rep.
    Not sure whether I should do 300, or slightly less for intensity day. Probably 300 and break down to 3x2 if it becomes a WTF grind.

    PR made possible by Rogue hi temp bumper plates in my garage. No need to gently set the bar down like in my living room, or fear missing a rep and dropping the bar through the floor. Did the warmups indoors, and leave the bar in the garage loaded for next time. Awesome.

    First reps felt easy, I lied to myself that I misloaded the bar too light so I could continue, last rep was a slow climb out of the hole confirming a correct load. I want to stay in the 300's.
