Up 1kg, its eleven days since my last bench, still Im getting stronger, its a hell of a recovering time and no detraining effect. Nice to be a old geezer no need for volume and stress. Just do least amount off stress to keep the progression going, and then recover. Will see for how long that goes!?

Felt like doing some Pulling, orders from the coach, need to get my chins up, and deadlift to.

And some light paused deadlift singles with static pushing the bar against my chins with 60kgx1x5

Nice work. Are you taking 5 minutes between the sets? I seem to have a problem waiting that long although that may be what's needed.
Thanks Jerry, I have my gym in the basement and no stress around me, kid grown up and no dame nagging me. I put the timer in my phone on seven minutes, then I wait a little bit more if I need it, I often do that. So usually between 8-12 minutes between heavy worksets. I talk to my neighbors or surf on my phone, do the laundry, or fix my food or talk in the phone or just go outside in the sun(in the summer)
