    147,5kgx just 0,5 rep bailed out halfway up, back was ok, grip ok but barspeed to slow, I got to just Below my kneecaps.

    14days since My last heavy bench, to long rest I believe.
    It was heavy today, even the press that should have been light.
    I think Im on the end of the ladder with 1-3 reps, probabIy need more volume, think I switch to doing fives with singles to triples on the top.

    Yes, I feel good about it. But now I got som cold/virus feel like shit, throat hurts, nose dripping and fever. I just have to fight it, so no lifting for à while.
