My form was all over the place. Started out on a really low bench that I don't usually use. Then switched to a different bench and the first rep got way out towards my belly and I barely was able to muscle it up. Last 2 reps of that set were ok. Had trouble keeping my ass down on all sets.
Sets @ 230 and 225 were better technique wise but I'm not sure if its because I found the groove or because the weighs were lighter.
