Thanks for the update. Awesome.
The first pull-up is massive. I struggle with those too. I finally got more than one (a lifelong quest) but it took throwing rows, curls, negatives, everything at it. Oh and ring rows making sure to draw from my scaps. Those seemed to really help.

I am so damn close to managing a couple full chin-ups (at about your weight). Should manage it this week or next.
