    bp 85 1x5, 110 1x5, 140 4x5

    did the bps in a rack that had fixed pins so there wasn't much of a range of motion, but my elbows are so looseygoosey when i unrack that i really am afraid to do anything else. i think i will start using a bp machine for awhile to try and strengthen them up, using a real bench just isnt practical at this point.

    dl 225 1x5, 300 1x5, 345 1x2

    squats felt ok, ohp useless as always, deads felt good, definitely had more in the tank
