    dbp 40 1x10, 45 1x10, 50 1x10

    missed thursdays session because of beer and pizza that needed to be consumed, today felt really heavy, depth was crappy but the weight went down and came back up again, i'll take it.

    ^^this. I'm starting to think that my usual 7hrs is not cutting it. Time to stop sitting on the couch reading Rip's old posts and just haul my ass to bed at the genteel hour of 10pm. Or at least 11.

    jess sleep is really the key. my progress has been painfully slow because i usually only get 5 hours a night; get all you can!

    note to self: self, in the future do not go out for a liquid lunch from 1:30 to 4:30 with clients and expect to have a pleasant workout experience at 7. thank god i got a solid 1 hour nap on the bus coming home or the workout would have been really unfun lol
