after a week off i figured i'd just redo what i did last tuesday more or less. light quads quads were very tight after all the flights i took over the weekend but work sets felt ok. deads felt ok too, but didn't really have anything left to finish the 5 at 340, gives me something for next week

reminds me of a guy i worked with a long long time ago who had a rather...interesting way with words and best of all didn't realize it.
He used to say "I need that like i need another head in my hole"
