omg are the DOMS ugly this morning lol
When I did the squats for the first time in a month after our 50th anniversary tour the DOMs really got me for the next 2 days. But they eventually went away. These too shall pass.
tomorrow in theory should be a heavy day, we'll see how that goes

ohp 65 1x5, 85 1x5, 95 1x5, 115 1x1
lol first couple sets of squats were absolute DOMS agony, i damn near quit after 135; 185 through 265 felt ok after i had loosened up a bit but nothing in tank for 290. will try and get back on track tuesday, should feel ok by then
