    happily everything went pretty well, 350 came up smooth as silk, probably had 1 or 2 more in me but no rush

    thanks! I'll try and do some heavy rack pulls on thursday and depending on how it feels next tuesday schmaybe we'll go for either a new 1 rm or a favre

    i like to schedule my fails at least a week out lol

    rack pulls 225 1x5, 315 1x5, 405 1x2

    some of the work set squats were of questionable moral character but i'll forgive them.

    it was nice to get the 2 rack pulls at 405 done

    in a week or two i'll try and pull it...
