Man oh man what a bad workout. I was on the overnight Friday, and had our military veterans ball saturday night and got super smashed...but I think I need to shake things up anyway...
Squat:
45x5, 115x4, 185x3, 250x2, 295x1
Press:
45x5, 75x4, 100x3, 120x2, 150x1
I'll switch Bench to 3x3 and repeat Press, hopefully squeak out some more progress...
For Squats torn between doing a reset down to 265 and trying again, or putting it on a intermediate program.

Midterm week, life was rough. On spring break now. Going to TX for a few days and intend to switch over to Starr/Madcow 5x5 when I get back...I want to be in a position where I can pass the FDNY EMS academy in the summer or go see a recruiter about prior service options, so conditioning will be a thing...probably take this log over to the intermediate section once I finish up the next few workouts and implement my new programming.

I ran. Like running. 15 minutes on the treadmill at like a 11 min pace and I hated it. First time in 1+yr...but any fitness test for jobs I'll be taking in the next 6-12 months will have a ~1.5 mile run on them

Missed logging some workouts. Catch me over in the Intermediate forums, squats are done with LP.
