Thanks guys, I really want to do a lot more but, steady and slow.
I wish my body would wake up and realize I'm only 36.

I was 18 until about age 42, one day I woke up and I was 24.
I don’t know when but at some point I woke up at 36.
It’s my mental age of denial. I still think I can do things that I could do at 36.

However I really try to restrict my stupidity to dance moves.

Sinus hell for the past week.
I don't even consider this a workout but I've been so sick of being sidelined I had to just to get something in.
So between coughing up my lungs...

    135x2 (sumo)
    225x2 (conventional)
    225x1(sumo)
    275x2 (conventional)

Blah.... either I get better by Tuesday or I go get an antibiotic.

Bastard doctor said it's not an infection, no antibiotic.
Now it's 5 days later and I'm still sick as hell and maybe slightly getting better.
The wench said that folks get better from this stuff on their own... blah who has time.

Feeling like crap or not I decide to start moving again, worse case is it aggravates it and I'll got a Dr in the box like a good med seeker should.

Thanks Jerry, this sinus stuff can't be fatal right?

I did feel it a bit in the morning but I expected to feel it a bit more.
Hopefully I'll get back in a full groove soon...

It's been a fair amount of time since I've used the regular bar for squats. Warms ups and first couple of sets pain in right shoulder, just lack of flexibility.
I'll label this work out as "training to train" again...

The weather should be getting better and hopefully illnesses will be gone. Looks like you did some good pressing.
