    Default 4/9 Palm Sunday!

    Squats
    1X5 45, 85, 115
    1x3 135
    1x2 155
    3x5 175

    Bench
    1x5 45, 65, 85
    1x2 95
    3x5 105

    Deadlift
    1x5 135, 175, 205, 225

NO DAYS OFF HOMIES!!!!!!!!!!!!! (refraining from cursing because it's holy week).

For everything I focused on only taking one breath between reps.

Squats --- DANGGGG LOOK AT THAT DEPTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Felt new and kinda good doing everything beltless today.

Can't remember the last time I did sets of 5 for deadlifts!

Very solemn day going into holy week...there was a church bombing in Egypt :-(( Suicide bomber tried to kill the Coptic Pope. None of this makes sense. The Coptic Christians in Egypt are a peaceful and powerless minority. God be with the families of the 12 people that died and the countless that were wounded.

    Videos of my workout below.

Way to get back on things! Looking forward to seeing your progress again.

I missed the Spring Challenge because we moved to Michigan. Would've been a hell of a trip for the meet...

Also, double check on the Pepto for ulcers, might be contraindicated, but don't remember.

    Thank you Bings ^_^

Yeah, sadly not a rare event. Hope they're praying for us in heaven.

Honestly I feel like the barbell and I are a seasoned married couple going through a dry patch right now. I probably would have been lazy and not gone to the gym today if I didn't know I was going to see Ryan next week and be accountable to him. Maybe today I'm just tired and annoyed with a nagging pain in my right shoulder and right hip, or maybe the spark has gone. I guess I'll keep going through the motions and hope the love and romance returns again!

I can't wait to become a Starting Strength Coach. I have a love-hate relationship with working in a commercial gym. On the one hand, I love being able to expose regular gym goers to barbell training who otherwise never would have stumbled across it. On the other hand, being surrounded by people who are not serious about their fitness, or who see barbell training as one of many equal ways to get fit, and usually having inadequate equipment in the facility, is frustrating. Alternatively, I can't wait to marry rich.
