16/06/2017 - Good or Not So Good - Haven't got a Scooby Do.
Warming up I decided to just squat a single at 185kg. Then I did a single, and thinking about the success of singles at bench, I decided to do four more. Then I decided to do the same for deadlift.
Squat 185kg 5x1
Deadlift 190kg 5x1
Rows 90kg 3x10

I have a long break coming up, so I will continue with singles, with 5kg increases and see what happens. Maybe they call this "tapering"? Perhaps I should have "run out" the TM at a much lower weight? Who knows this stuff?

22/06/2017 - Productive Day
Press 81.56 kg 5x1 or 6x 1. I lost count. If it was 6, then I was happy with the speed it went up. Bringing stance closer has made a great difference
Bench 112.5kg 3,2,1
Dips BW + 10kg 3x10
Also productive because I got rid of a load of junk from the basement (make space for more stuff that will probably end up as junk), sold my boat (so I can buy another one) and cleared the drain that was flooding my basement. And the day is not even over yet! Maybe if I try hard enough I can win the lottery!
Plus, I found my headphones, got the windows cleaned and bought some bargain body boards for the kids!

203/06/2017 - Very Tough, not in a good way
Squats to 180kg Lots of squats at different weights. My wife was helping to identify bar position, grip, knees, hips. Coaching me, effectively. Tough being coached by my wife. Much less stressful the other way around. Identified consistent wonky belt. Didn't really come to any conclusions. Took a long time. Finally settled on moderate stance, toes at 45, squatting like a ballerina seemed to produced the most balanced squat, apparently! We will see.
