    Chins: Alternating grips. 10 w/rope, 9 with wide grip, 10 w/narrow grip, 9 w/rope.

    DB Rows: 45x10x3
    Supersetted with,
    Incline DB Press: 45x10x3

    Prowler/Sled : 25 lbs. x 50 yards. x 4 w/2 minute rest intervals.

    First day doing it. It was pretty darn hard but the coach gave me tips. Worst part was it resting on the stomach while running kept me from breathing.

    Close Grip Bench: 225x8x3

    DB tricep extension: 20x10x3
    Superset with;
    DB Curls: 20x10x3

    Grip Machine: 45x10, 50x10, 55x10. (Trying to find my working weights)
    Superset with;
    World's Fattest Wrist Roller. 5x3. (roll all the way up then all the way down) Forearms were pumped and burning.

    Prowler/Sled 90 lbs. x 10 yards x 10. As fast as possible w/ one minute rests.

    Squats (Duffalo bar): 270x4, 270x3x2. Squats are edging upwards, still not at previous PR.

    OHP (swiss bar, volume): 135x3x5. Alternating between all 3 grip positions with 2 minute rest between sets.

    Hex Bar Deadlifts: 330x5x3

    Have been fighting many variables in the last few months but see the numbers slowly climbing again. Am currently 51 pounds lighter than I was in July.
