    Correction of 5/15/17 Workout
    H Squat was 345 & 355...not 245,255


    Cycle 5 - Week of 5s:

    Date: 5/23
    Weight: 216 lbs - fasted - not on purpose
    H Press: 162.5 lbs - 5,5,5 - move up next time
    CGBench: 220 lbs - 7,6,6 - no spot
    Dips: bw - 10,8,10 - testing for elbow pain - all good
    OTE: 50 lbs - 8 - pain in elbow - stopped

    Key Music: Dream Theater - Pull me Under

    Dips using two barbells on pins in rack.

    Key Music: Government Mule - Blind Man in Dark

    1 hour mtn bike ride up the mountain here (about 30 minutes of climbing) before workout. First time since I gained 35 lbs. I'm cooked, but it wasn't bad.

    H Deadlift: 375 lbs - 5,5,5 - PR
    SLD: 285 lbs - 8,8 - no belt, with straps
    Shrugs: 225 lbs - 20,20,20

    Key Music: Lynryd Skynryd - Freebird - this is cheating, but I needed this today.

    Right Shoulder is tweaked from previous workout. Feel ready for deload, but still recoverying, sleeping and hitting PRs. So, I'll do the upcoming week of 3s and deload.
