1 hour mtn bike ride up the mountain here (about 30 minutes of climbing) before workout. First time since I gained 35 lbs. I'm cooked, but it wasn't bad.

Right Shoulder is tweaked from previous workout. Feel ready for deload, but still recoverying, sleeping and hitting PRs. So, I'll do the upcoming week of 3s and deload.
