3 years prior training, Starting strength!
Hello! I am starting, starting strength, some background info is 3 years prior training (Shitty training) Height 5"8 Weight 160lbs probably around 13-15% body fat, (estimated, I can see some striations in delts, and such). I will be also doing gomad for aslong as I decide to do so as eating has always been hard for me.
Starting weights:
Bench: 115lbs
Squat: 135lbs
Press: 80lbs
PowerClean: 70lbs
Deadlift: 180lbs
These are just my starting weights, if I were to do a 3x5 on each right now i could add 50 to squat 20 to bench 20 to press and 45 to the deadlift, but those would be my maxes.

Squat - 135x5x3
Bench - 115x5x3
PowerClean - 70lbsx3x5
All reps made! Feeling good having all the milk and food in my system.

Friday August 4th 2017:
Squat - 145x5x3 Having some trouble doing this whole low bar squat thing, feels weird to constantly lean over
Press - 80x5x3
Deadlift - 180x5x1 Having real problems getting hook grip, My fingers cant even get on top of the knuckle of my thumb so they keep slipping out, (Ended up using normal double overhand for workset even though using hook grip for warmups made the warmups feel much heavier)
Been packing in 4500 calories a day (Keeping track) Hopeing to atleast gain a pound this week.

Update: Ever since starting the gallon of whole milk a day, my muscles have never felt so full and thick in my life. Looking at myself like wtf

Wednesday August 9th 2017:
Squat - 165x5x3 Having trouble making the shelf on my back, this was hard.
Press - 90x5x3 Loved doing these, off the chest little slow, but the lockout is super explosive
Deadlift - 200x5 Hook grip huge problems even after the technique section, Feels like im trying to pull the bar with my fingers, very weak grip for me, so i used double overhand and made all reps successfully.
