Great progress man.
Been good to read through your log I hope my deadlift gets to where yours is at.

Thanks! I had a really good first run and then vacation and losing body weight really stalled my progress. I'm hoping to get back into a more routine schedule.
I'm sure with regular work you'll be at my deadlift numbers. I'm talking pounds so based on your lastest 120kg DL we are pretty close with some regular work.
Had a shit night with little sleep, had a rough day at work, came home and wanted to chill with the dog instead of finishing the gym install. Decided against sitting down and walked weights up the stairs between bench sets.
Bench: Started with 195 3x5 in mind but ended with 5x3r instead.
Squat 280 3x5r - felt ok with better hip drive than last week.
Overall I'm happy I worked out a little. I'll make up the deadlifts later this week. Might shift heavy deads to Fridays to let my body get more rest over the weekend.
Working on the home gym (indoors now!). It is a 8x6 platform (carpet, two layers ply, and mats)
Did a quick 315 x 5 deadlift
Hoping I won't be dead tomorrow since I'm not sticking to the program.

Press 125 3x5r, 100 2x8r
Squat 285 3x5r
Fuck...285 was a damn struggle and where I ended my PRs on LP last time.
Might need to implement the HLH that allowed a bit more recovery when I hit the 285/290 range last time. Although I was ~10lbs heavier last time so I'll call it a weight PR.
I forgot how much a pain in the ass it was to eat enough to gain weight.
Squat 290 3x5r
Bench 195 4,3,3 (not making progress)
Back off set 165 2x8r
Deadlift 325x5 - going to do volume deadlift Monday and keep heavy on Friday
I think I'm going to make the switch to HLH next week because I'm starting to not recover as quick and could use a break with work stress/life. 10lbs per week is still good progress if it works with stress better
Straight up exhausted
I'm going to give woke volume work a shot on bench since I'm hitting the 195/200 wall on 3x5 yet again.
Last workout was ~195 3x3, 165 2x8r
Today did 185 5x5.
Next workout will be 200 3x3 and then I'll start adding 2.5 every 3x3 workout and do the same with 5x5 work and try to have the volume help the intensity work.
I think this is pretty close to what Jordan recommended in one of the last podcasts he did with Austin.
