I used to track my food religiously but haven't in the past couple months since I was eating roughly the same stuff every day but this past couple weeks I've been eating lighter. I punched it into the app and found I'm eating about 2k calories which is much too low and about 900 below where I thought I was. No wonder I've been hovering around 191/192 BW and fatigued.
I'll start watching calories again and hope that helps with progress.

Morning BW 193
Sleep 7 hours and two days of 3000 calories. Let's see if I can manage 320 squat today. If not then I'll start the HLM next week

Bench 195 5x3, 160 2x8 felt good for first day back on pressing movements. Wrist seemed to hold up.

Morning BW 191.7 (down a couple pounds)
DL 375 x5 last rep was difficult and I was out of gas. Might need to add more volume work to get my conditioning up
Bench 200 3x3 plus some backoff work. Going to switch to 5x5 80% Mondays and 5x3 90% Fridays with increasing e1RM weekly by 2.5 to see how that works now that I can bench again.

I need to move to HLM because this advanced LP twice a week is killing me.
I'm thinking something like this
Monday:
Squat 330x5, 310 2x5r for the taper and then get to a true HLM later
Bench 182.5 5x5
Deadlift volume 3x5 at 80% or something
Wednesday:
Light squat at 70%
Press heavy 3x5
Friday:
Medium squats at 80%
Bench 5x3r heavy 205
Deadlift heavy 385x5

Evening BW 200, Morning BW 193
Deadlift 385x2, 365 fail, 315x3 to get some more work in. Volume deads kicked my ass this week. I thought starting at 65% of weekly max would have been alright but looks like I'm still very fatigued. I think intermediate training is upon me. I've been stalling around this weight and already moved to 1 set of squats with a backoff set. I think I'll move soon so I don't have to beat myself up anymore. I came much further than I expected to on the LP as a 31yo NDTP and trying very hard to make it work with my schedule and eat enough food.
Bench 205 5x3r felt good
Rest of the work day, maybe squats after work, happy hour with the wife, and lots of rest this weekend.
