Thanks. I've been watching your progress and I'm thinking of adding some rack pulls. You are closing in on 400.

    I was sore today.
Squats 3 sets of 5 BW
    45x5,5
    105,5
    165x3
    225x2
280x5,5,5. Wife was in there on the last set and said I only broke the plane on 2 reps. It did feel like shitty form but I thought I had good reps. I will be repeating the weight and videoing.
She wanted to squat so I worked with her instead of doing anything else. I'll go out and finish my workout tomorrow morning.

My patella tendon on my left knee had some sharp pain in it after the last set. I will have to keep an eye on it over the next few days.

    first thing in the morning
    bw 220
Press 115 ...hard to hit the reps. Left side is lagging
    Power cleans.
    160x 3,3,3,3,fail
    135x3

    Chinups. 9,9,9

Amazing how fastball my body will de-train

As a note. Left shoulder came out of joint during the night. Took a while to get it fixed. Life is always fun.

August 4 in the afternoon I went to the company gym and did some smith machine bench press. I have no idea how heavy. Had 80 lbs on each side. I find the machine awkward to use. It was heavy enough that I had to work for it.
This morning I did farmers carry with 25 lb plates ,down hill and back up twice. 125 yds each way. Then I put 50 lbs plus a logging chain on the sled and pulled it. Downhill was 40 second on and 20 seconds off. Uphill 20 seconds on and 20 seconds rest. 4 rounds continuous. I think I will completely rest the next two days.
My version of rest is farm work.

My left knee still hurts. And I'm still fat.

Been missing workouts this week. Too much real life going on.
Slipped over to the company gym.
    Press
    45x5,5
    65x5
    85x3
    125x2
    128x4,3...realized I can't add
120x5,5,5. I had intended to do a warmup of 2 at 105 and it was 125. It felt so heavy that I decided to just add 3 lbs and do my sets. I was sitting down thinking about how weak I am and I realized it was 125.
