    Weight: 170.6lbs (77.4kg) -1.6lbs

    May 3rd
    SQ 225lbs (Recovery day - 2x5 reps @+-80%)
    BP 177lbs (PR)
    Back Ex. 15 15 15 (with 25lbs)
    Pull-ups 15 11 11

    Notes
Overall - I have lost some weight (compare to Monday), but I have noticed I'm always heavier after the weekend. Overall I'm gaining weight, slowly but surely. Also I'm tracking my calories since two weeks, my daily average is somewhere around 3200.
Squat - This recovery day is amazing, I feel tired today but not as beaten as I was last week. Also, I've gain so much speed at 225lbs!
    Bench Press - All good!

Overall - All good, except that I'm not gaining weight anymore so I'll try to add 200 calories to my diet.
Squat - Very slow but I guess it's normal at that weight. I've noticed that the bar tend to travel a bit forward during the lowering. I'll try to keep an eye on that next time. Also I did a video of my last set (see below).
Press - The very last rep was slow, but overall it was ok.
Deadlift - I had the feeling I rounded my back during the third rep but when I watched the video it seems to be ok. Would appreciate if someone can confirm! Unfortunately the camera fell after the third lift.

Today was very intense. I had to take a 8mn rest between each set (and eat dates ahah). However it went well, my lifts were slow but everything was in control!
Someone even came to congratulate me after my first Squat set, he was amazed by the progress I made over a short period of time (we're always working out on the same days).

Overall - It's been a few days I feel weak and my HRV is pretty low (69 today), but now I'm officially sick (not a big deal though). Hope I will feel better tomorrow!
Equipement - I just received my Inzer 10mm belt. Looking forward to smash a PR with it!

Overall - Wasn't able to train yesterday as I was sick. I felt a little bit better today so I gave it a try!
Squat - The Inzer belt makes a world of difference compared to my old Scheik 2004 nylon belt!!!
    Bench press - All good!

Overall - Could be better! I'm not fully recovered, I still have some fever and feel weaker than usual (my HRV is declining too). I don't have a lot of appetite for the moment that's why I'm loosing weight... My morning HR is also higher than usual (+5/10 bpm).

Overall - Still very tired, recovery is harder than ever but I guess it's normal as I'm reaching the end of my LP... I'm still motivated though!
Squat - This light day makes me feel better. Love it!
Bench Press - I almost missed the last set's rep...
Pull ups - I'm only taking a 2mn rest so far and I found out it's not enough so I will increase this to 4mn next time.

Nice progression! I read where you kept the good fight, and now you're zeroing in on that 300 lb. squat. Good work!

Overall - Very happy with Yesterday's workout as I did a PR on all my lifts! This workout was very long though (1:20)...
Squat - All good, the Inzer belt makes a really really big difference... I shouldn't have waited so long to ordered it!
Press - First time in my life I did 5x120lbs. The deload worked!
Power clean - Ok! I'm not sure of my landing position though, my knees seems a bit forward no?

Overall - I had plenty of food and rest this weekend. I don't really understand why my HRV is still dropping and why I can't gain weight (I recently increased my daily calorie intake by 200kcal).
Squat - I don't want to say "easy" but today it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be!
Bench Press - Ok, better than last week at least.

Next week I have a few vacation day. I will only be able to train on Monday/Saturday (instead of Monday/Wednesday/Friday). What should I do on Saturday? Should I do Wednesday's workout with the Light Squat? Would appreciate your help!
