Missed rep 2 of 3rd set on squat. I waited 5 min and got all 5 reps on my second attempt at set 3.

Welcome. Don't be surprised that as you gain weight and strength your waist will not grow. I started training at 215 pounds and 5'10" but my waist was 44" and my chest was about the same. My chest is now 48" but my waist is 38" and I still weigh 215.

Had an all day party to attend on Memorial day so I had to skip training. Picking it back up tomorrow.

Still recovering from Monday so squats were skipped
Bench 160
Power Cleans 115 - 1 missed rep
Assisted Chinups - 3 x 5 x -90 ( 20lbs more than last week)
Update for 5/31 workout
After reading more about power cleans Ive realized I'm doing it wrong. I changed the log for my last 2 power clean workouts to 45 and Ill go from there
Adding HIIT on tuesdays and thursdays
Today followed intervals from TBAB. 20s on 140s off on a C2 rower.
Max HR seemed low at 161 but I went all out on the 20s
You mean auto-updating within your spreadsheet then you copy and paste to forum, or is there a way to link graphs on the forum directly to a google spreadsheet?
They are linked. Publish chart as an image and use the embed image function in the forums. Dont uss an interactive image or iframes. They dont worl
