    Current weight: 212 (as of 9 Jul)


    Fri 14 Jul: Squat - 245; Bench - 160; Deadlift - fail

    I falied again at the DL. At least I got one more rep than before. I'm going to reset to 235 and take another run at it. I don't think it's rest or food, as both have been good lately. I felt strong on both the squat and bench today, too. I also made sure to take extra time in between sets.

    Video and check your form. When I inadvertently switched to stiff-legged deadlifts I got stuck around 280lbs (Age 50 @ 6ft, BW of 230). Started performing them correctly and shot right through the "sticking point."
