    It's great to see you continuing to stick with it through the move and disruption. We are similar builds and similar age, but you have gained a lot more weight than me and you are a bit further ahead on some of the lifts. How do you feel about the weight gain so far? Has it been mostly muscle or do you feel you are gaining a good bit of fat as well?

    I wish I could say it was all muscle, but there's definitely some added belly fat. I've noticed muscle gain in my shoulders and chest, and my upper legs now touch each other pretty good when I stand up / walk.

    The belly fat doesn't bother me. I never had a 6-pack anyway, and I'm still able to wear the same size pants. I will admit that the pants are tighter at this point, though. Right now, though, I'm focused on milking the LP for all I can. Best of luck to you!

    I failed the deadlift at 265. I'll have to think some about why this may have happened. I feel like my nutrition and rest have actually been better over the last 4-5 days than either had been over the two weeks prior. I simply may not have rested long enough between sets. I'll give it another go Wednesday.
