Posted a video of squats, Tom C says knees out more and a bit more depth.
Did that and squats went great tonight, back tight breathing better knees out and kept head down.
Did all five with better form and better depth and on last set last rep almost failed but awkwardly pushed through.
Squats: 170lb 3x5
OH press: 125lb 3,3,3,3,3 - worse than last time, couldn't push past 3 reps. Tried thumbless grip and felt way better.
P.Clean: 125lb 5x3 - some reps looked/felt good and some were awful, need more practice.
I'm convinced and looking forward to signing up for online coaching in sept. I just need a few weeks to pay off a few more bills.

Squat: 275x5. First time trying 275 and got all my reps
Bench: 220x5,4,4 second set gave up too early, last set failed on 5th rep. I should have made all 3.
Chin: 3x8

Squat: 275lb 4,5,4. Not as good as last time, blaming it on a hangover.
OH press: 125lb 5,4,4.
Deadlift 320lb 1x5. First time with hook grip and no grip problems. Submitted form check.

A week off for vacation
The only weight I put on was on my beer gut
Thought I would start up again a few lbs lower and try to get my momentum back
Squats: 165lb 3x5
Bench: 115lb 3x5
Chin up: 3x5
Squats were a little shaky right knee folding in. May have to re do 165
Bench went great
Chins felt weak

Chins: 7,8,5,7 I always seem to rush through chins. If I were to take a longer rest and take them seriously I would probably do better.
