    I did edit this video in youtube and turned it right side up, but youtube told me it'll take a minute for the changes to apply to the video.

    Anyway, any insight on my form would be greatly appreciated.

    Grip too wide?
    Back not getting set?
    Yanking the bar off the floor instead of squeezing it up?

    Ok, I'll go back to the book, re-adjust, try a few different weights, and make another video.

    You should be able to lower that kind of weight to the floor under more control too. Work on contracting your lower back harder at the setup, pushing your chest out and pulling your shoulderblades together should help.

    Why are you doing sets of one? Given your size, I am assuming these are not 1 RMs.

    Just FYI, it's hard to give feedback on singles.
