    I know you hate it, but i'm trying to learn it. As far as I'm concerned, I should just be slapping on 1.25kg every training session until I get to 100kg3x5 and then take stock, is this correct?

    because he wants to be an Olympic lifter and everyone knows the best way to get strong in the Oly lifts is to use an inferior squat variant.

    It's actually annoying how good their high bar form is.
