    Hi Coaches,

    Could you take a look at my latest squats and help me to improve?

    Shove those knees out and keep them shoved. All in all, I think these look pretty good, but I am far from an authority.

    Depth is good and I concur with JoeJ that you need to focus on keeping those knees pushed out on the way up.
