    Yes, I'm actually moving out in a month, so hopefully there will be some other -better- gyms around.
    But I'll have to stick with this gym for now.

    New video from today's workout.

    Felt a painful pop in my back during squats 45mins prior to these, but surprisingly I felt no pain deadlifting and managed a triple with 290.

    These aren't too bad. It appears that you have a decent setup. Make sure when you begin pulling that your back is as tight as it is just before you pull.
