I just started adding cleans into my routine and it seems like I'm doing them wrong. A lot of times I end up on my toes. I'm also not sure if I'm keeping my elbows straight for the proper duration before racking it.
Any advice?

Shit. I remember explicitly making it public. Ok it's public now! Sorry.
Hi,
better now.
- stay over the bar longer. As the bar goes past your knees, your shoulders are already behind it, which means you are not exploding up, you are rocking back
- actively stomp your feet down, leading with your heels.
I would add 5 lbs, 95 seems a bit too light.

PS
Is the Rush Solos video yours too?
If so, congratulations.
If not, sorry, my bad.
