I think I might be ill or not eating enough, I've deloaded 5kg and I'm still missing reps, everything feels grindy and exhausting, I end up walking around the gym like a cowboy afterwords. On the first set my nose started bleeding. My previous thread- Squat form check

    Here's my 3rd set:
    Squatting 127.5 kg 3rd set 4 reps - YouTube

    What do you think?

    Cheers,

    Josh

    I don't hate it.

    Descend a LITTLE faster.

    Keep your knees pushed out.

That heep drahve saved your ass on the last rep. I did enjoy that.

    Helluva of last rep.
I sure you hope you own a pair of headphones because if I had to listen to that in the gym, I'd surely put a gun to my head.

Try to keep your weight, and the bar, balanced over your mid-foot for the duration of the set (the: keep the bar in a vertical slot over mid-foot cue). You look like you are off balance.

Doesn't look that bad to me (no expert though) - just looks like the weight is very heavy for you. Nice grind on the last one.

That last rep was impressive. I can't comment on form, I'm learning myself. But nice job, I think a lot of people would have abandoned it.

Thank you all, glad you like the last rep, it seems so short watching it back but under the bar time slows down, seemed like it would never end! I went back and got the last rep-

Still quite a grind and my knees tend to colloapse in. Any tips for keeping the knees out?

The main tips I've heard are to focus on keeping them out and, if possible, have someone yell "knees" at the appropriate time.

Experimenting a bit with your stance might help. See if a different foot angle helps. You could also try decreasing weight a bit.

I think you need to establish/commit to the proper back angle earlier in your descent. That was one FUCK of a grind on the last rep.

IMHO I think your second video form is much better than in your first post!
