    Because you lower your hips right before you pull. Pause your video when the weight just leaves the floor. Setup with your hips at that height next time.

    Your hips drop as you try to squeeze up into position. Donr do that. Follow the DL setup steps.

    Thanks. I thought that what I do is the chest up move. Seems like I confused chest up with hips down.

    Yup. Squeeze the chest up(this will be hard) without dropping the hips. Also think more about squeezing it off the floor a bit more slowly rather than forcefully jerking it
