    Not too bad.

Make sure you finish the lockout, and make sure you squeeze all of the slack out of the bar before you start the pull, especially as the set progresses.

There's a little acceleration just as you reach the bottom of the squat. Control your speed - getting tighter before the rep will help.

Your knees are moving forward throughout the rep (use the green plate as a reference point) - this was a little better in the last rep. Set your knees 1/3 to 1/2 way down, hold them there and sit back and down.

Lastly, 4th and 5th rep, keep your chin down.

    Other than that, pretty good.

That's a little better. Your knees are still moving forward just a little bit. Keep working on it. Nice work.

Hard to tell with the red band in the way. I'm going off the crease at the back of your leg. Maybe.

You're going just a little too deep on some of the reps. Cut it off by an inch - maybe two.

You are indeed getting it :-)

The last couple of reps were the best in terms of depth.

Your knee travel was better for reps 2-4. Get them forward early - you have to actively SHOVE your knees forward and out, more than you think. Then hold them during the last half of the descent and first half of the ascent, i.e. as you begin to drive back up, your knees shouldn't go immediately back, which they do on occasion.

Think about staying as tight as you can when you approach the bottom of the rep and drive back up. That'll help too.

Make sure you drive your hips all the way to the top. and drive hips straight up.

Are you squatting every day? Take a break, man!
