I began a cycle of singles a couple of weeks ago. My depth has gotten really "close" lately. I think this is due to me trying to stay really tight in the hole. My wife told me that my first set appeared to be just high, so I videoed my second set. It appears to be just right there to me. Sometimes I'm confused about where the actual apex of my hip crease is through my clothing. Would it be approximately between the two wrinkles in my shirt? Keep in mind that I'm exclusively training for general strength at the moment, and I'm perfectly happy as long as my squat isn't North of parallel.

Looks like you're 1-2 inches high, just about at parallel.

Would I get "white lights" on this guy?

Thanks. I read that earlier. I may need to find some better lifting shorts instead of these baggy gym shorts so I can get better visual feedback.

Chronic high squatter here....constantly confirming I hit depth....thank god for zoom & slow motion on the ipad video.

These have made a huge difference for me in hitting depth & holding myself accountable when I look at my videos: http://www.roguefitness.com/virus-me...ression-shorts

Looks a bit high, yeah. Granted, it's from an angle.

    Nice weight though!

What's ironic is, not to long ago I had the problem of relaxing in the bottom and squatting too deep.
