    This was a light day at 232.5 lbs. Someone wanted my squat rack so I asked her to video my last set. I asked her to hold the camera lower but apparently I wasn't in intelligible to her.

    Looks good to me... depth doesn't seem deep enough, especially as seen on rep 4 & 5, but as you said, camera angle. Otherwise, looking good IMO!

    I'm curious, why do you get on your toes after the second rep? Your heels come off the ground as you rock around with the weight. When you squat the weight up, where do you feel the pressure on your feet? Are you pushing more with your heels, toes or full foot?

    Yeah. I think you're a little high on these. It is hard to tell though.

    One thing that may help with the depth issue is narrowing your stance a little. Looking at the video from the rear during the first rep, it seems like your feet are well outside your hips. Try and bring them in a bit and see what happens.
