the view / camera angle kinda sucks.
Shoot from front, offset at a 45 deg angle, or a little more.
Your rack position is lacking. You need to work on that, stretches, front rack holds w/ 135# or whatever.
Some typical arm bend .
The Weight is probably too heavy for your current level of familiarity with the movement (just for now).

For starters: 1) Jump straight up; you are currently jumping backwards. 2) When you jump, fully extend your hips, knees and ankles; you are not fully extending on your jump (this is interrelate with jumping up instead of back). 3) The bar should be in contact with your legs for the pull, and should touch your thighs at the jump; on at least the third rep the bar was out in front of you instead of being in contact with your thighs. 4) Don't take so long, a set of 3 should not take 90 seconds; I understand you are learning the movement, and as part of that process work on getting set more quickly before each rep.
