    The weight is consistently moving forward of your midfoot. Consciously keep the weight over the middle of your foot...don't let it move to your toes.

    Are those standard tennis shoes you're wearing? If so, get a pair of something with a hard sole...lifting shoes would be best, but chucks would do for now.

    They are Nike Metcons. I'm going to get some Adipowers.

    Definitly Should get some weightlifting shoes... Adipowers are a good choice (assuming you have narrow feet). Read this article: Mid-Foot Balance | CJ Gotcher It will help you to think about keeping the bar over the middle of the foot and staying out of your toes.
