squat form check 200
45 degrees: 200 45 degrees - YouTube

today was my first day in like a year that i felt like i actually set my back properly for squats. the hip and knee problems that had been plaguing me were nowhere to be found in my work sets today.
i've outbulked my squat belt. if i'm 5'9 and nearly about 205, what weight would i be expected to wrap up my novice lp at? I'm guessing somewhere between 195-205, right?

Get thoracic spine into better extension and lift your head up a little. You're look a bit too low. Get your knees set by the time you're halfway down - they shouldn't be sliding forward like they are at the bottom. Get tighter when you unrack - make sure you're in a squat stance, not that wide-legged set up you show here.
