    Not bad, watch out you don't lift your chest too early. Stay in your hips. Moar food.

    1. Don't rush the unrack. Stand up with it and have it under control before you walk it out.

    2. Set your upper back before you begin the lift. Pull your shoulders back and squeeze your chest up and then keep it all locked that way through the squat. You may be able to adjust your grip some to facilitate it.

    3. Get your belt a notch tighter.

    Squeeze your hands and elbows "together" once you're under. This helps tighten the upper back musculature more.

    Played your video at .75x speed and the squat decent looks just about right at that pace... you're rushing too much, stay tight and controlled. Looking good and that weight is looking light
