    Those look okay. Nice work.

    You might have a little movement (flexion/extension) in your back as you squat down and up. Bigger breath, brace harder and keep those elbows clamped down and in tight to your torso as you squat.

    Sometimes you have "heavy days". If it happens regularly, make sure you're getting enough food and sleep.
