I looked back at a few of your IG posts. How did you decide to go for 565x2 yesterday? This is the history I gathered:
7/25 - 565x2 (failed 3rd)
7/17 - 550x5 (above parallel)
7/14 - 550x3 (above parallel)
7/3 - 525x5 (borderline depth)
Seems like your depth has been creeping up higher and you're increasing the weight aggressively. On the set at 565, depth was better, but perhaps you just didn't have the strength to complete that set below parallel on that day?
